Shipping options

Shipping options and final rates are calculated by Shopify at checkout based on destination, package and carrier availability.

• United States: free option available; USPS rates may also be shown.
• Canada: free standard option available in the North America zone; final availability is confirmed at checkout.
• United Kingdom and Australia: DHL and FedEx carrier rates are calculated at checkout.

Multiple pieces ship together when the available rate allows it — one shipping fee.

Damage in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement for a piece damaged in transit.

Safety

FDMINI products contain very small parts and are intended for collectors, display, dollhouse and miniature-scene use. They are not intended for children under 3.

Care

Keep miniatures away from direct sunlight, high heat and humidity. Dust with a soft brush or air blower. Avoid soaking, alcohol and household cleaners. See the Care Guide for more detail.
